Full details
The Keno Office Chair is designed for professionals and home-office workers who require long-term seating comfort without sacrificing durability. Its primary strength lies in its ergonomic adjustability and high-quality, hard-wearing fabric upholstery, making it an excellent investment for extended daily use. However, users should note that while it offers a lock-tilt mechanism, it does not feature an adjustable lumbar support system, which may be a consideration for those requiring specific spinal positioning.

FAQs
Does the Keno Office Chair arrive fully assembled?
No, it arrives in a flat-pack format and requires some basic assembly before use.
Can I remove the armrests?
The armrests are pre-fixed, and while they may be removed, the chair is designed to be used with them for proper structural support.
What is the weight capacity of this chair?
This chair is built for standard commercial use; please refer to the specific load rating label on the base for exact weight limits.
Does the fabric require special cleaning agents?
It is recommended to use only a damp cloth with mild soap; avoid harsh chemical cleaners that may discolor the grey fabric.
Is the tilt mechanism adjustable for different weights?
Yes, you can turn the tension control knob located underneath the seat to increase or decrease the effort required to tilt.
Troubleshooting
The chair seat feels wobbly or unstable.
Check that all bolts connecting the seat mechanism to the chair base are tightened firmly.
The chair does not stay at the desired height.
Ensure the gas lift lever is fully released and not stuck in the 'up' position; if the issue persists, the gas cylinder may require replacement.
Castors are difficult to roll.
Turn the chair upside down and remove any debris, hair, or carpet fibers caught in the wheel housing.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly is straightforward, involving standard fastening of the armrests and seat to the base assembly. Ensure all provided hardware is tightened securely before first use to prevent wobbling. For compatibility, the chair is designed for standard desk heights between 70cm and 75cm. To maintain the appearance of the fabric, vacuum the upholstery regularly to remove dust and debris. If a spill occurs, blot with a clean, damp cloth immediately rather than scrubbing, which can damage the fabric fibers. Inspect the castors every six months to ensure they remain free of carpet fibers or hair buildup to maintain smooth operation.
