Troubleshooting
Blanket feels stiff after washing
Ensure you are using a mild detergent and tumble drying on a low setting. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can sometimes reduce fleece absorbency and softness over time.
Animal hood does not stay up
The hood is designed for comfort and imagination. If it consistently slips, ensure the blanket is positioned correctly on the shoulders. For younger children, it may naturally slip more due to movement.
Seams are coming apart
If seams begin to fray, gently trim any loose threads. For significant seam separation, contact customer support for potential warranty assistance.
