Simply wipe down the exterior plastic with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap.
Check the battery compartment to ensure fresh batteries are installed and the terminals are free from corrosion.
Ensure the speaker grill located on the base is free from dust or debris.
Verify that the unit is placed on a completely flat surface and not on a bath mat or uneven tile grout.
Setup is straightforward: simply insert the required batteries into the compartment to activate the electronic features. No tools are required for assembly. To ensure the unit stays clean, empty the waste container after every use and wipe the bowl down with a mild disinfectant wipe. The plastic surface is non-porous and resistant to moisture. Always ensure the device is placed on a flat, even floor surface to prevent tipping. Avoid using abrasive scouring pads or harsh chemicals, as these may scratch the finish of the plastic.
