Troubleshooting

Visible residue left on dark clothing.

Reduce the dosage of detergent or ensure the machine is not overloaded, which prevents proper water circulation.

Fragrance intensity is too high.

Slightly reduce the amount of detergent used per load or ensure the rinse cycle is set to 'extra rinse' if your machine supports it.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

For optimal results, ensure the detergent is poured into the dedicated liquid compartment of your washing machine drawer. If using a dosing ball, place it directly into the drum on top of the laundry. This product is compatible with all standard domestic washing machines, including high-efficiency (HE) models. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the formula and fragrance. Always check garment labels to ensure the clothing is suitable for machine washing and observe the recommended load sizes to allow the detergent to circulate effectively.
