The Stratford High Back Executive Office Chair is designed for professionals seeking a blend of sophisticated style and ergonomic support for their home or corporate workspace. Its primary benefit is long-term comfort provided by deep padding and integrated lumbar support, making it ideal for extended work sessions. A notable caveat is that the chair features a fixed auto-tilting mechanism, meaning users who prefer manual tension adjustments or multiple locking positions may find the recline behavior less customizable.

Yes, it features a standard pneumatic gas lift for height adjustment.

It is built for standard commercial office use; please refer to the product packaging for specific weight rating details.
The armrests are a structural component and are intended to remain attached for stability.
The chair uses a durable, wipe-clean synthetic material chosen for its longevity and ease of care.
Yes, it is equipped with a smooth-rotating 360-degree swivel base.
Re-tighten all bolts and connections, specifically the base-to-seat assembly and the armrest attachments.
The auto-tilt relies on user weight; ensure you are sitting fully back in the seat to engage the mechanism properly.
Setup: The chair arrives flat-packed and requires assembly. Ensure all provided bolts are tightened securely during the initial build, especially those connecting the backrest to the seat base, to prevent wobbling.
Compatibility: With a sleek, compact footprint, this chair fits well with standard-height desks. Note that because the armrests are fixed and upholstered, you should check your desk height to ensure they can slide underneath the surface if you prefer your chair tucked in.
Care: The material is specifically engineered for easy cleaning. Simply wipe the surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges that could compromise the integrity of the upholstery or the contrast stitching.
