Yes, these Tallon acrylic paints are generally compatible with other water-based acrylic paints and mediums from different brands.
Yes, once fully dry, acrylic paints form a water-resistant layer. However, they are not entirely waterproof and can be reactivated with water over long periods or with specific solvents.
Clean your brushes immediately after use with warm water and soap. Swirl the brush in soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and reshape the bristles before allowing them to dry.
The set includes Lemon Yellow, Crimson Red, and Royal Blue, which are close to primary colors and can be used for mixing a wide spectrum of secondary and tertiary colors.
Store the tubes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Make sure the caps are tightly sealed after each use to prevent the paint from drying out.
Add a small amount of water or an acrylic medium to thin the paint to your desired consistency. Ensure the cap was sealed properly to prevent drying.
Acrylics can darken slightly as they dry. To achieve a more consistent finish, consider applying a clear acrylic varnish or medium once the paint is fully dry.
Work in smaller batches, keep the palette slightly damp if using a stay-wet palette, or use a retarder medium to extend the drying time.
Setup: No specific setup is required. The paints are ready to use directly from the tubes. Simply uncap and apply with your preferred artist tools such as brushes, palette knives, or sponges.
Compatibility: These acrylic paints are compatible with most standard art surfaces including canvas, paper, wood, and primed fabrics. They can also be mixed with other water-based acrylic mediums and paints. For best results, ensure your surface is clean and dry.
