Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maintain the pencil's performance, store it in a cool, dry place to prevent the creamy formula from melting. If the tip becomes too soft, place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before sharpening to ensure a clean, pointed tip. Always use a cosmetic-grade sharpener to preserve the wood casing. For hygiene, clean the sponge tip periodically by gently washing it with a mild soap and warm water, then allow it to air dry completely before the next use. The pencil is compatible with most eye makeup removers, including oil-based balms which effectively break down the nourishing seed oils.
