The West Design Westfolio Clear Clip-Close Polythene Portfolio is an essential storage solution for artists, students, and professionals who need to organize and transport creative work safely. Its clear, durable construction allows for quick identification of contents, while the integrated side gusset provides ample space for multiple sheets or projects. While it offers excellent protection against moisture and debris, it is designed for lightweight portability and is not intended to provide rigid structural support for fragile or oversized items.

The Westfolio is made of durable polythene, which is generally safe for short-term storage, but it is not specifically marketed as archival-grade acid-free material.
Yes, this portfolio is specifically designed to accommodate A3 sized paper comfortably.
This model is designed to be a sleek, envelope-style folder and typically does not feature a dedicated plastic handle; it is meant to be carried like a large document folder.
While you can fit flat items, we recommend using a dedicated pencil case for brushes and pens to prevent them from puncturing the portfolio or damaging your artwork.
The polythene material is water-resistant and will protect your documents from minor splashes and moisture, but it is not fully submersible or waterproof.
The number of sheets depends on the paper weight, but the gusset is designed to hold a substantial amount of material, such as a thick sketchbook or several dozen sheets of standard drawing paper.
Ensure that the documents inside are aligned properly and not catching on the edge of the clip mechanism.
Lay the portfolio flat under a heavy book for several hours at room temperature to help the polythene relax and flatten out.
Using the Westfolio requires no setup; simply unclip the closure, slide your materials in, and snap the clips shut. To ensure longevity, avoid overstuffing the portfolio beyond its gusset limits, as this can stress the seams. If the portfolio gets dirty, wipe the exterior gently with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid using abrasive chemicals or sharp objects that could scratch or puncture the clear film. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the polythene from becoming brittle over time.
