Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the decoration and a working electrical outlet. Check if the on/off switch is in the 'on' position. Try a different electrical outlet to rule out a faulty socket.
Verify that the power connection is stable. Some colour shifting effects can be subtle and may appear more pronounced in low light conditions. Ensure the unit has not been exposed to moisture, which could affect electronic components.
Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, level surface. Check that there are no obstructions or damage to the base of the decoration that might be preventing it from sitting evenly.
Setup: This decoration requires minimal setup. Simply place it on a stable, flat surface indoors. Connect the power adapter to the unit and plug it into a suitable electrical outlet. Ensure the area around the unit has adequate ventilation.
Compatibility: The unit is designed for indoor use only and requires a standard electrical outlet. Please verify the power requirements if an adapter is included or specified.
Care: To maintain its appearance, dust the surface gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the synthetic material and the LED components. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning.
