Troubleshooting
Bucket is difficult to expand or collapse
Ensure there are no obstructions. Gently work the sides back and forth. If new, it may require a few uses to loosen up. Avoid forcing it.
Handle feels loose
Check that the handle is correctly seated in its attachment points. Ensure the bucket is not overloaded, as this can put strain on the handle.
Glitter finish is dull or scratched
Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive materials. Light scratches are normal wear and tear for this type of finish.
Bucket develops an odor
Ensure the bucket is thoroughly rinsed and dried completely after each use. Air it out in a well-ventilated area if odor persists.
