The Proplaz Super Silent Platform Trolley is an ideal material handling solution for environments where noise reduction is critical, such as hospitals, schools, offices, and quiet retail spaces. With a generous 300kg weight capacity and a durable, non-conductive, rust-proof frame, it offers long-term reliability for heavy-duty tasks; however, users should note that its specialized silent castors are optimized for flat, indoor surfaces rather than rugged outdoor terrain.

The trolley is rated for a maximum load of 300kg.
While durable, the silent castors are optimized for flat, indoor flooring. Rough or gravel outdoor surfaces may cause premature wear.
Simply wipe down the surface with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution. The material is resistant to rust and chemical damage.
Yes, it comes with a 10-year guarantee for added peace of mind.
Yes, the silent castors are designed to be floor-friendly and typically do not leave marks on standard indoor flooring.
No, the platform is made from non-conductive material, making it safe for use in areas where electrical safety is a concern.
Check the castors for entangled debris like hair or thread and wipe the wheel surfaces clean.
Ensure that the weight is centered on the platform and that all items are resting flat on the anti-slip discs.
The silent castors are designed for smooth surfaces; approach doorways at a 90-degree angle to transition the wheels over small humps.
This trolley is typically delivered fully assembled or requiring minimal attachment of the castor base depending on the shipment method. To maintain the silent performance of the wheels, periodically inspect the castors for hair, debris, or lint buildup that could impede rotation.
Cleaning is straightforward: the non-conductive, non-rusting deck can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Because the frame is rust-proof and dent-resistant, it does not require painting or special chemical treatments. Avoid using high-pressure power washers directly on the castor bearings to maintain their lubrication and silent function.
