Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Ensure you have the correct handlebar clamps for your specific motorcycle model, as these handlebars utilize Pro Taper's Taperwall design (1-1/8" at the clamp area).
- If the 800mm width is not suitable, use the provided cut guides to mark and precisely trim the handlebar ends with a hacksaw or cutting tool.
- Install grips, throttle assembly, and clutch lever onto the handlebar, ensuring proper alignment and security.
- Mount the handlebar in the clamps, torquing bolts to the manufacturer's specifications.
Compatibility:
These handlebars are designed to fit most motorcycles and ATVs requiring 1-1/8" clamp diameter handlebars. Always verify compatibility with your vehicle's specific mounting system and control components before installation.
Care:
Clean the handlebars regularly with mild soap and water, followed by a thorough rinse and dry. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the graphics or aluminum finish. Periodically check that all mounting hardware remains tight.
