Setup:
- Ensure the heat gun is unplugged before attaching or detaching any nozzles.
- Select the appropriate nozzle for your task and firmly attach it to the heat gun's barrel.
- Plug the heat gun into a suitable power outlet.
- Select your desired temperature setting and allow the tool to reach temperature before use.
Compatibility:
This heat gun is compatible with a wide range of materials that respond to heat, including most paints, PVC, vinyl, adhesives, and some plastics. Always test on an inconspicuous area first when working with unfamiliar materials.
Care:
- Cleaning: Allow the heat gun to cool down completely before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the tool in water.
- Nozzle Maintenance: Keep nozzles clean and free of debris. Store them in a dry place.
- Storage: Store the heat gun and its accessories in a cool, dry environment, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Ensure the cord is not tightly wrapped or kinked.
