FAQs

Is this cap machine washable?

No, it is recommended to hand wash or spot clean only to preserve the distressed look and structure of the hat.

Does this hat fit all head sizes?

The 9TWENTY features an adjustable strap, making it a 'one size fits most' design suitable for most adults.

Is the logo embroidered?

Yes, the LA Dodgers team logo is featured prominently on the front using high-quality embroidery.

Can the brim be flattened?

While the cap comes with a pre-curved brim, the soft cotton construction allows for some adjustment, though it is intended to maintain a curved profile.

What is the material composition?

Troubleshooting

Cap feels too tight or loose

Adjust the metal slider on the back strap to find your preferred tension.

Brim is misshapen

Gently curve the brim with your hands to reset its shape; the cotton material is flexible and easily adjusted.

Dust buildup in distressed areas

Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dust or lint from the textured areas of the fabric.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

The New Era 9TWENTY is an unstructured cap that arrives ready to wear out of the box. To achieve the perfect fit, simply loosen or tighten the rear adjustable strap until it sits comfortably on your head. To maintain the integrity of the distressed details and the fabric, it is recommended to spot clean the cap with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or dry, as this may distort the shape of the brim or damage the decorative distressing.
