Troubleshooting

Unit will not turn on.

Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the USB cable to a known working power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again. Check that the USB cable is securely connected to both the unit and the power source.

Water flow is weak or intermittent.

Check that the pump intake is fully submerged in the water source and not blocked by debris. Ensure the hose and shower head are not kinked or obstructed. Verify that the battery has sufficient charge.

Water leaks from the hose connection.

Ensure the hose is securely connected to the pump outlet and the shower head. If the connection is loose, try re-seating it firmly. Inspect the hose and connections for any visible damage.

Battery does not seem to be charging.

Try using a different USB charging cable and a different USB power source to rule out faulty accessories. Ensure the charging port on the unit is clean and free of debris.
