Troubleshooting

Armchair feels unstable

Ensure the armchair is placed on a level surface. Check that the cylindrical legs are evenly contacting the floor.

Cushions are not sitting correctly

Remove the cushions and re-insert them, ensuring they are fully settled into the molded curves of the armchair for a snug fit.

Color fading on the frame

Avoid placing the armchair in direct sunlight for extended periods. Clean with mild soap and water; avoid harsh chemical cleaners.

Surface marks on the polyethylene

Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap to gently clean the affected area. For stubborn marks, consult a specialized plastic cleaner suitable for molded polyethylene.
