FAQs

What are the dimensions of the table?

The table measures 140cm in length, 80cm in width, and 75cm in height.

Is assembly difficult?

The set is designed for home assembly with clear, included instructions. It is recommended to have a second person assist with the table frame.

What is the seat height of the chairs?

The chairs have a seat height of 44cm.

Are the chair legs suitable for hardwood floors?

Yes, each chair leg is equipped with rubber caps to prevent scratches on delicate flooring.

How do I clean the faux leather seats?

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe down the seats. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive water to protect the material.

Troubleshooting

Table or chair feels wobbly after assembly

Ensure all bolts are tightened securely. If it remains uneven, check that the floor surface is level or adjust the floor-protecting rubber caps if possible.

Surface marks or scuffs on the tabletop

Use a damp, soft microfiber cloth to gently buff out superficial marks. Avoid using heavy abrasive cleaners.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Ergonomic seating design for improved comfort
  • Floor-protecting rubber caps included
  • Generous table surface area
  • Durable construction with solid beech wood and metal components

Cons

  • Requires full assembly upon arrival
  • Wood-effect surface requires careful maintenance compared to solid timber
  • Limited to a four-person seating capacity

Setup, Compatibility & Care

The KOSY KOALA 4 Seater Dining Set is delivered flat-packed to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Users should allocate time for assembly and ensure they have a flat surface to work on to prevent scratching the wood-effect finish during the build.

  • Assembly: Follow the included instructions strictly; ensure all bolts are tightened evenly to maintain stability.
  • Care: To keep the set looking new, wipe the table surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals that could damage the wood-effect veneer. For the faux leather, wipe clean periodically and avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight to prevent cracking.
  • Checkups: Periodically check the leg bolts on both the table and chairs, as normal daily use may cause them to loosen over time.
