The earrings are crafted with high-quality plating. If you have extreme metal sensitivities, we recommend testing for a short duration or coating the post in a clear hypoallergenic sealant.
No. Exposure to water, soaps, and shampoos can degrade the luster of the genuine pearls and damage the metal plating over time.
The 14mm drop acts as an attachment that slides over the post. Simply remove the standard backing, add the drop component, and secure with the backing.
Yes, these earrings feature genuine Australian White Pearls.
Store them individually in a soft velvet pouch or a separate compartment of your jewelry box to ensure they do not come into contact with harder metals or gemstones.
A gentle wipe with a soft cloth after each wear is sufficient to keep them looking clean and bright.
Gently squeeze the metal backing with needle-nose pliers to tighten the grip on the post, or replace with a new standard earring clutch.
Wipe the pearl gently with a damp, soft microfiber cloth to remove residue, then buff dry immediately.
To configure the earrings, carefully attach the 14mm drop component to the base post. Ensure the backing is securely fastened to prevent loss. Regarding care, pearls are organic gemstones and require specific attention: always wipe them down with a soft, dry cloth after every use to remove oils or sweat. Store them in a dedicated jewelry pouch or a soft-lined box to prevent the metal or other stones from scratching the pearl surface. Keep them away from household cleaners, chlorine, and abrasive surfaces.
