Is the entire bed machine washable?

No, the bed is designed to be wiped clean or rinsed. The removable base cushion facilitates easier cleaning, but the entire bed should not be put through a washing machine.

How do I ensure my pet stays warm on this bed?

What is the warranty period for this bed?

Is the filling likely to clump?

No, the bed is filled with non-clumping thermal polyester fibre.

Can this bed be used outdoors?

Yes, the waterproof and water-repellent features make it suitable for outdoor use, especially for quick rests, but it should be protected from prolonged heavy rain.

What makes the drop front useful?

The drop front provides easy access, making it simple for pets, especially older or smaller ones, to get on and off the bed without difficulty.

Troubleshooting

Bed not sitting flat

Ensure the removable base cushion is correctly positioned. Allow the filling to settle if it has been compressed during shipping.

Water seeping through

While water-repellent, the bed is not fully waterproof for submersion. Ensure it is not left in standing water for extended periods. Check for any tears in the fabric.

Difficult to clean stubborn stains

For very tough stains, try a mild pet-safe cleaner applied to a damp cloth, then wipe clean with a fresh damp cloth. Always test cleaners in an inconspicuous area first.
