FAQs

What does 'Low pH' mean for my skin?

A low pH (close to the skin's natural pH of around 5.5) helps to maintain the skin's protective barrier, preventing dryness and irritation. This cleanser's pH is formulated to be gentle and supportive of the skin's natural balance.

Can I use this if I have very sensitive skin?

Yes, this cleanser is specifically formulated with soothing ingredients like Centella Asiatica and Tea Tree extract, and uses mild cleansing agents, making it suitable for sensitive and irritated skin.

How often should I use this cleanser?

It can be used daily, both morning and night, as part of your cleansing routine. For sensitive skin, you might start with once a day and adjust as needed.

Will this remove heavy waterproof makeup?

This cleanser is effective for light to moderate makeup removal. For heavy or waterproof makeup, it is recommended to use an oil-based cleanser or micellar water as a first step before using this foam cleanser.

What is the benefit of natural AHA in this product?

Natural AHA helps to gently exfoliate the skin by loosening the bonds between dead skin cells, revealing a smoother and softer complexion without the harshness of stronger chemical exfoliants.

Is this product suitable for acne-prone skin?

Yes, the low pH formula and the inclusion of Tea Tree extract, known for its purifying properties, make it suitable for managing impurities and soothing inflammation associated with acne-prone skin.

What is the size of this product?

This product comes in a 40ml size, making it convenient for travel or trial.
