FAQs

Does this curtain provide complete privacy?

No, it is designed as a decorative room divider and offers only a soft visual filter, not total opacity.

Can this be used on a window?

Yes, it can be installed on windows using the tension pole, provided the window frame supports the tension mechanism.

Is the material machine washable?

Hand washing is recommended to prevent the string tassels from tangling during the agitation cycle of a washing machine.

What are the exact dimensions?

The curtain measures 210cm in height and 90cm in width.

How much does the curtain weigh?

The curtain is very lightweight, weighing approximately 0.5kg.

Troubleshooting

Curtain strings are tangled

Lay the curtain flat and gently use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to detangle the strands from top to bottom.

Tension pole keeps slipping

Ensure the rubber ends are clean and the internal spring mechanism is fully tightened against the door frame.

Curtain is too long for the doorway

The strings can be carefully trimmed to the desired height using sharp scissors; cut them while they are hanging for an even finish.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation is straightforward due to the included extending tension pole. Simply adjust the pole to fit the width of your door frame, slide the curtain header onto the pole, and twist to lock it into place against the door casing. The dimensions are 210cm by 90cm, making it compatible with most standard residential doorways. For care, gently hand-wash the curtain in cold water if it becomes dusty, ensuring you handle the strings with care to avoid tangles. Always air dry the curtain completely before rehanging to prevent mildew.
