FAQs

Are the materials BPA-free?

Yes, all components are made from BPA-free plastic and food-grade silicone.

Can I put the brushes in the dishwasher?

The silicone brushes are generally hand-washable and boil-safe, but we recommend hand washing to maintain the longevity of the handle materials.

How do I sterilize the brushes?

The silicone parts can be sterilized by submerging them in boiling water for a few minutes.

Does the set include soap?

No, the set includes a soap dispenser, but it does not come pre-filled with detergent.

Can the drying rack fit wide-neck bottles?

Yes, the foldable rack is designed to accommodate various bottle sizes, including wide-neck models.

Is the carrying case leakproof?

The case is waterproof, but it features drainage holes to prevent moisture buildup, so it should not be treated as a fully sealed liquid container.

Troubleshooting

Brush bristles are holding onto odors

Boil the silicone brush heads for 3 minutes and let them air dry completely in sunlight.

Soap dispenser is leaking

Ensure the cap is screwed on tightly and check the seal for any debris that might prevent a secure fit.

Water pooling in the carrying case

Ensure the drainage holes at the bottom of the case are not obstructed by soap residue or debris.
