FAQs

Are the screws included with the knob?

Yes, each knob comes with the necessary hardware for a standard 1-hole fixing installation.

Will the bronze finish fade over time?

The finish is a carefully aged bronze that is designed to maintain its character, though natural handling may subtly polish the high points of the ridges over many years.

What is the diameter of the base/rose?

The rose diameter is 28mm, providing a stable foundation against the cabinet face.

Can I use these on heavy pantry doors?

Yes, the robust design is well-suited for standard cabinetry and pantry doors, provided the single-hole mounting is sufficient for the door weight.

How do I clean the ridges without damaging the finish?

Use a dry microfiber cloth for regular cleaning. Avoid abrasive scrubbing or harsh solvents that could remove the deliberate aged patina.

Troubleshooting

The knob spins or feels loose after installation.

Check the screw on the inside of the cabinet to ensure it is fully tightened. If the hole is slightly too large, consider using a small washer to provide a tighter grip.

Surface finish appears dull.

The aged bronze finish is designed with depth, but if dust builds up in the ridges, use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove debris.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Sophisticated, aged bronze finish adds immediate character to any furniture piece
Sturdy construction ensures durability for high-traffic cabinet doors
Detailed ridged texture provides a non-slip, comfortable grip
Balanced design aesthetic bridges the gap between classic and contemporary styles

Cons

Sold individually, which may require more planning for large-scale cabinetry projects
Fixed circular design may not suit every furniture style if a minimalist look is desired
Requires precise measurement to ensure the 1-hole fixing aligns with existing cabinetry

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installing these knobs is a straightforward process requiring only basic tools. Each piece is designed for a single-hole fixing application.

Ensure your drawer or cabinet face has a single hole drilled that accommodates the fixing screw.
Align the knob with the hole and insert the hardware from the front.
Secure the knob from the inside of the cabinet using the appropriate screw until firm.

Compatibility note: Ensure your cabinet material thickness is compatible with standard hardware bolts. For care, avoid harsh chemical cleaners which can strip the aged bronze finish. Simply wipe the knobs with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. If a deeper clean is required, use a slightly damp microfiber cloth and immediately dry the surface to prevent spotting.
