Is the silicone material safe for children?
Yes, the silicone used is food-grade, making it safe for children and free from harmful chemicals.
How should I clean the silicone beach toys?
You can clean them with warm, soapy water. They are also generally dishwasher safe on the top rack, but handwashing is recommended to prolong their lifespan.
What is the main advantage of using silicone over plastic?
Silicone is more flexible, durable, foldable, and stain-resistant than traditional plastic, and it's considered a more eco-friendly alternative.
How does the wheat fibre spade differ from a plastic one?
The wheat fibre spade is made from a blend of plant-based wheat straw and plastic. It is designed to be tough like plastic but with a reduced environmental footprint.

Troubleshooting
Silicone items retain a slight odor after washing.
Ensure items are thoroughly rinsed and air-dried in sunlight if possible, as UV rays can help neutralize odors. A diluted vinegar solution can also be used for cleaning.
Sand moulds are difficult to release clean shapes.
Ensure the sand is sufficiently damp but not waterlogged. Press the sand firmly into the mould before turning it over.
The flyer does not fly straight or far.
Ensure the flyer is thrown with a slight angle and spin. Its primary design is for ease of catching for young children, not for long-distance flight.
Wheat fibre spade shows signs of wear.
Wheat fibre is designed to be durable but is not indestructible. Minor scuffs are normal. Avoid excessive force or digging in extremely hard, compacted soil.
