This Danson E-MM184/SPD1 Metal Consumer Unit is designed for safe and efficient electricity distribution in residential and commercial settings. It features a 100A main switch for overall power control and a Surge Protective Device (SPD) to safeguard against electrical surges. The unit offers 14 ways, accommodating up to 14 individual circuit breakers or miniature circuit breakers (MCBs), with each way having a capacity of up to 100A. The total unit capacity is 400A. Constructed from durable metal, it ensures long-lasting use. For installation, it includes knock-out points for cable entry, an earth terminal, and a neutral terminal. The unit is designed for wall mounting with a removable cover for easy access to the MCBs. It is suitable for use with Danson MCBs and PVC or steel conduit. Compliance with IEC 61439-3 and BS EN 60439-3 standards, along with RoHS directive compliance, ensures quality and environmental responsibility. The unit has an IP rating of IP2X. It operates within a temperature range of -5°C to 40°C and a maximum relative humidity of 50% at 40°C. The color is white.
