FAQs
Is the gold finish edible?
The metallic finish is decorative; it is recommended to remove the candle before serving the portion of the cake it occupied.
Can I combine this with other numbers?
Yes, this number 0 candle is designed to be paired with other numbers from the Parev brand to create any combination of ages.
How long does the candle burn?
The candle is designed for standard birthday celebration durations, providing enough burn time for singing and photos.
Will the wax drip on my cake?
The candle is crafted for a clean burn, but it is always best practice to light it immediately before the celebration to minimize any potential dripping.
Can this be used on cupcakes?
Yes, the lightweight design of the candle and the stability of the pick make it suitable for larger cupcakes or muffins.
Troubleshooting
Candle won't stay upright
Ensure the cake surface is level and push the pick deeper into the sponge or foam base for extra stability.
Wick is difficult to light
Check if any packaging residue is on the wick; gently trim a tiny amount off the top if it appears damp or blocked.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up, simply push the integrated pick firmly into the center or focal point of your cake or dessert. Ensure the area around the base is flat to maintain balance. Regarding compatibility, this candle pairs perfectly with other numbers in the Parev collection to form any age or anniversary year. To care for the candle, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the metallic finish from fading or the wax from softening. Avoid storing it near heat-generating appliances.
