Troubleshooting
Pieces do not seem to fit together
Double-check that you are not trying to force pieces together. If they do not lock naturally, check the surrounding edges to ensure you haven't swapped a piece with a similar color profile.
Missing a puzzle piece
Carefully check underneath furniture, carpet fibers, or inside the storage box packaging, as cardboard pieces can sometimes static-cling to the inside of the container.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up, ensure you have a flat, smooth table or floor space that measures at least 50 x 40 cm to give the child enough room to work. Compatibility is universal, as the puzzle requires no electronic components or additional tools. To care for the pieces, keep them away from liquid spills and store them back in their decorative box after each use to prevent loss. If pieces become dusty, gently wipe them with a dry, soft cloth; do not use water or chemical cleaners.
