Troubleshooting
Shoulder pads slip during use
Ensure the hook and loop fasteners are securely tightened. Check that the straps on your vest or bag are not excessively worn or smooth, which might reduce grip. Try adjusting the position of the pad for a more secure fit.
Padding feels insufficient
These pads are designed for moderate cushioning. For heavier loads or extreme comfort needs, consider using them in conjunction with other load-bearing enhancements or ensuring your primary gear is properly adjusted.
Material feels stiff initially
The nylon material may feel slightly stiff when new. With use and time, it will become more pliable. Gentle use and handling will help break in the material.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: To attach the Viper Camo Shoulder Pads, locate the straps or webbing on your vest or bag where you wish to add cushioning. Use the hook and loop fastening system to securely wrap around the existing strap or attachment point. Ensure the pad is positioned comfortably on your shoulder. The pads are designed to fit most standard vest and bag strap systems.
Compatibility: These shoulder pads are compatible with most vests, plate carriers, and bags that feature standard webbing or straps, particularly those utilizing a MOLLE system. They are suitable for adult use.
Care: To clean the shoulder pads, use a damp cloth to wipe away dirt and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the nylon material and padding. Allow the pads to air dry completely before reattaching them to your gear. The mesh lining and Ventex padding require gentle cleaning to maintain their performance.
