Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Choose a Suitable Location: Select a strong and stable mounting point. Ensure the surrounding area is free from hazards.
- Attach the Ropes: If using a tree, wrap the ropes securely around the branch, ensuring a safe distance from the trunk. For swing sets, attach the clasps to the designated hooks or connectors.
- Adjust the Height: Adjust the rope length to the desired height for your child.
- Check for Stability: Ensure the swing is stable and secure before allowing children to use it.
Compatibility
The swing is compatible with most standard swing set frames and can be mounted from a suitable tree branch. Ensure the mounting point can safely bear the weight of the swing and the user. Additional hardware may be required depending on your chosen installation method.
Care
- Regular Inspections: Inspect the swing regularly for wear and tear, especially the ropes and seat.
- Cleaning: Clean the rubber seat with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Storage: During harsh weather, store the swing indoors to extend its lifespan.
- Rope Maintenance: Check the ropes for fraying or damage. Replace ropes immediately if damaged.
