No, the Bat Lidded Mug is hand wash only to protect the ceramic finish and painted details.
No, you should not use this mug in the microwave as it may cause damage to the ceramic material.
This mug is crafted from high-quality ceramic.
Yes, the matching lid helps trap heat and prevent evaporation, keeping your beverage warmer for a longer period.
While the design is child-friendly, the mug is made of ceramic and is breakable, so adult supervision is recommended for younger users.
Ensure the lid is properly aligned with the mug rim, as minor variations in ceramic kiln firing can result in a unique fit for every individual piece.
Avoid metal scrapers; instead, soak the inside with a mixture of warm water and baking soda, then gently wipe away with a non-abrasive cloth.
Because this mug is crafted from ceramic with specific design elements like the lid ears, it requires special care to maintain its appearance. To ensure the longest life for your mug, always hand wash it with mild detergent and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive scrubbing pads that could scratch the glaze or the painted features. This mug is not compatible with microwave ovens, so please heat your water or beverages in a separate vessel before pouring them into the mug. Do not place the mug in a dishwasher as the high-heat cycles and harsh detergents can damage the finish.
