FAQs

How do I sharpen the eyeliner?

Use a cosmetic pencil sharpener designed for eyeliners. Sharpen gently to avoid breaking the product.

How do I remove the eyeliner?

Use an oil-based makeup remover or a dedicated eye makeup remover.

Can I use this eyeliner on the waterline?

Yes, but be aware that it may wear off more quickly and may not be suitable for sensitive eyes.

Is the eyeliner waterproof?

The eyeliner is designed to be smudge-proof, but it's not explicitly labeled as waterproof. Excessive water exposure is not recommended.

How long does the eyeliner last?

The eyeliner should last for several months with regular use, but replace it after 6-12 months for hygiene reasons.

What if the eyeliner dries out?

Make sure you always close the cap tightly after use. Store the eyeliner in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting

Eyeliner smudges or fades during the day.

Ensure the eyelid is clean and dry before application. Use an eyeshadow primer to improve wear time. Avoid touching your eyes.

Difficulty achieving a smooth line.

Apply the eyeliner in small, connected strokes rather than one continuous line. Stretch the eyelid gently while applying.

Eyeliner breaks easily.

Do not twist up too much product at once. Sharpen the pencil gently using a high-quality cosmetic sharpener.
