FAQs

What are the dimensions of each basket?

Each basket measures 43cm in length, 33cm in width, and 18.5cm in height.

Can I fold the basket while items are inside?

No, the basket must be emptied before it can be collapsed for storage.

How many baskets come in a set?

This product is supplied as a set of 4 stackable drawer units.

Is the material waterproof?

The basket is made of durable plastic; while it is water-resistant and easy to wipe down, the hollow design means it is not a sealed container.

Does this require any tools to assemble?

No, the baskets are designed for tool-free assembly using a snap-to-lock system.

Troubleshooting

Drawer does not slide smoothly

Check that the side walls are fully snapped into place and the rails are aligned with the tracks on the adjacent unit.

Basket feels unstable when stacked

Ensure that the baskets are placed on a level surface and that all interlocking points are properly secured.

Side walls keep collapsing

Ensure you hear a distinct 'snap' when joining the side walls to the base to confirm the locking mechanism is engaged.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Maximizes storage in cramped closets
Easy to assemble with simple side-wall snapping
Collapses flat for space-saving storage when empty
Slide-out rail system improves accessibility compared to standard bins
Breathable design keeps stored clothes fresh

Cons

Not suitable for extremely heavy or dense items
Requires manual assembly of side panels
Limited to specific dimensions (43cm x 33cm x 18.5cm)

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward: simply unfold the base and snap the side walls into the locking mechanism. Once the walls are secure, ensure the glide rails are aligned before stacking. To maintain these baskets, avoid using harsh chemical cleaners; a damp cloth with mild soap is sufficient for cleaning the surfaces. Ensure that the stacking clips are fully engaged when creating towers to prevent tipping. When not in use, simply release the side panels to collapse the unit back into its 4cm folded height for easy transport or storage under a bed.
