The Chirp Wheel XR 3-Pack is designed for athletes and individuals suffering from chronic muscle tightness who require targeted, deep-tissue myofascial release. Providing an effective, portable solution for post-workout recovery and daily spinal decompression, these wheels offer an evolved, more aggressive massage experience compared to standard foam rollers, though users with severe spinal conditions or acute injuries should consult a medical professional before use.

While many users find relief from general muscle tension, please consult a physician if your back pain is due to a specific medical condition or injury.
The Chirp Wheel XR is engineered with a high-strength core designed to support up to 500 lbs.
The smallest wheel offers the most intense, targeted pressure, while the largest wheel provides a shallower, more stable surface for broader muscle groups.
Yes, the materials used in the construction are synthetic and latex-free.
They can be used daily for muscle maintenance, but listen to your body and rest if you experience excessive soreness.
The wheels are primarily designed for the back and legs. Use caution and avoid placing direct pressure on the cervical spine (neck).
Ensure the wheel is placed on a firm, flat surface like a yoga mat to provide necessary traction.
Transition to a larger diameter wheel for less aggressive leverage or adjust the amount of body weight supported by your legs and arms.
The foam is designed to contour to the body; minor impressions are normal, but ensure you clean the surface to prevent debris buildup in those indentations.
No assembly is required for the Chirp Wheel XR. For optimal results, ensure the wheels are used on a flat, non-slip surface, such as a yoga mat, to prevent sliding.
