D.I.D is a Japanese manufacturer of high-performance transmission parts, renowned worldwide for the quality of its chains and chain kits. Closely involved in competitive racing, the brand also supplies OEM parts for numerous machines. The D.I.D 520VX3 X-Ring chain is an upgrade from the previous VX2 model, suitable for a wide range of street, ATV, or off-road applications up to 800cc. It features new "Direct Energy Transfer" for amazing throttle response due to D.I.D.'s state-of-the-art technology to increase chain rigidity. The chain boasts greatly improved seal performance due to increased X-ring retention and durability, with an average tensile strength of 8,210 pounds and a weight of 1.52 kgs/100 links (3.35 pounds). This particular variant is a rivet-style master link.
