Troubleshooting

Seat does not feel stable after installation.

Ensure all 4 mounting bolts are securely tightened to the compatible swivel or pedestal. Check that the swivel or pedestal itself is firmly mounted to the boat.

Difficulty folding or unfolding the seat.

Inspect the rustproof aluminum hinges for any debris or obstructions. Gently clear any blockages. Ensure the seat is properly aligned when folding.

Water pooling on the seat after rain.

While the material is waterproof, water may collect if the seat is positioned to trap it. Ensure the seat is installed with a slight angle or in a location where water can drain freely. Wipe dry after exposure to moisture.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions

Setup:

To install your Costway boat seats, align the seat with your chosen boat swivel or pedestal that has a 13 x 13 cm mounting pattern. Use four of the included bolts per seat to securely fasten it. Ensure all bolts are tightened firmly.

Compatibility:

Care:

To maintain the appearance and longevity of your boat seats, regularly clean the PVC leather surface with a mild soap and water solution using a damp cloth.
