Product Information

Full details

The Riobel Azure Mixer Tap in Matt Black is designed for homeowners seeking a contemporary aesthetic and enhanced kitchen functionality. Its key benefit is the versatile pull-down spray with dual water flow and a 360° swivel spout, offering complete sink coverage and ease of use. A potential caveat for some users might be the reliance on specific water pressure (1-5 bar) for optimal performance, though it is suitable for a wide range of households. This mixer tap features a durable ceramic disc cartridge, a single-lever control for easy operation, and a smooth flow rate of 5.69L/min.

Troubleshooting

Tap is not dispensing water

Check that the isolation valves under the sink are fully open. Ensure there is adequate water pressure (1-5 bar).

Low water flow

Verify water pressure meets the minimum requirement. Check the aerator for blockages and clean if necessary. Ensure no kinks in the pull-down hose.

Dripping from the spout

The ceramic disc cartridge may require cleaning or replacement. Contact customer support if the issue persists after basic checks.

Pull-down spray not retracting smoothly

Ensure the hose is not obstructed by pipes or other items under the sink. Check for any debris caught in the hose or spout mechanism.

Noisy operation

Ensure the braided nylon hose is not rubbing against other components. Check for any air trapped in the system.
