PawHut Pressure Fit Safety Gate - White

The gate fits openings between 74-100cm. It comes with two extension pieces (7cm and 14cm) that can be attached to adjust the width to your specific opening.

The double lock system allows you to open the gate with one hand for convenience while ensuring pets cannot accidentally open it themselves.

While it can be used at the bottom of stairs, this pressure-fit gate is generally not recommended for use at the top of stairs due to safety concerns. Always ensure secure installation and consider stair-specific gates for top-of-stair use.

The door is designed to automatically swing shut when the opening angle is less than 90 degrees. It will remain open if the angle is less than 30 degrees.

The gate is constructed from a robust steel frame with PA components.

The door opening width is approximately 45cm.

Ensure the gate is installed on a level surface and that the opening angle is correctly set (less than 90 degrees). Check if the hinge mechanism is obstructed.

This is normal. Tighten both sides of the adjusting screws evenly until the gap is reduced to 2-3mm. The latch mechanism will engage properly when the correct pressure is applied.

Re-tighten the adjusting screws to ensure a secure pressure fit against the walls or door frame. Ensure all extension pieces are properly connected.

Verify that the pressure screws are fully tightened and the gate is securely fitted. For persistent pets, consider if the gate's size is appropriate for their strength or if additional safety measures are needed.
