Troubleshooting
Zipper gets stuck on inner fabric
Gently pull the fabric away from the zipper track and ensure no loose threads are caught in the teeth.
Bag feels uneven while walking
Adjust the length of the shoulder straps equally; an uneven weight distribution in the main compartment can also cause the bag to shift.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Metallica backpack, follow these guidelines:
- Adjustment: Before loading the bag, put it on and adjust the shoulder straps until the top of the bag sits comfortably against your upper back.
- Compatibility: The main compartment accommodates most laptops up to 15 inches. Always place your device inside the dedicated padded sleeve rather than the main open cavity.
- Cleaning: Do not machine wash. Use a soft cloth dampened with mild soapy water to spot clean the exterior. Avoid harsh chemicals that may fade the album artwork.
- Storage: When not in use, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the polyester fabric from fading over time.
