The Alessi Menhir 6-cup Espresso Coffee Maker, designed by Michael Anastassiades, draws inspiration from ancient history with its striking, linear design. Its robust, sculptural form evokes the image of ancient menhir stones, once strategically placed in landscapes and potentially used in ancient rituals. This makes the Menhir coffee maker a fitting choice for one of today's most significant daily rituals. It's perfect for those who value both exceptional coffee and sophisticated design, adding a touch of elegance to any kitchen. This espresso maker has a capacity of 6 cups and dimensions of 15 (H) x 8.5 (W) x 8.5 (L) cm, with a weight of 1.5kg. Alessi has a history of creating iconic espresso makers designed by renowned designers and architects, starting with Richard Sapper's "9090" in 1979. Michael Anastassiades' interpretation is a notable addition to this collection of auteur coffee makers, reflecting his status as Designer of the Year at Maison & Objet 2020.
