Organic disc brake pads offer good stopping power while keeping noise to a minimum. While not as durable as other pad types, they feature a resin-based compound that provides a positive brake feel and excellent modulation. Mounted on a steel backing plate, these pads deliver outstanding value. WHEN TO USE: These pads are great for bikes that are primarily ridden in dry conditions and riders that prefer their brakes to have more initial grab. NOTE: If a brake rotor is labeled For Resin Pads Only, ONLY use organic / resin pad compounds. Semi-Metallic, E-Bike, and Sintered compounds are NOT compatible. Compatibility: Shimano Deore LX T675, Deore T615, M525, M515, M515-LA, Alivio M4050, Acera M3050, Nexave C601, C501, Tourney TX805, Non-Series MT500, MT400, MT200, M575, M486, M485, M475, M465, M447, M446, M445, M416, M416A, M415, M395, M375, M365, M355, M315, UR300 // TRP HY/RD Post Mount, Hylex Post Mount, Hylex RS Post Mount, Parabox 2012, Slate X2, Spyre, Spyre SLC, Spyke; Tektro Aquila, Auriga, Auriga E-Comp, Auriga E-Tune, Auriga E-Twin, Auriga Pro, Auriga Tune, Dorado HD-E715, Draco, Draco 2, Draco WS, Gemini, HD-E350, HD-M285, HD-M286, HD-T285, HDC330, Junior, MD-C510, Orion, Orion SL, Vela // Promax F1, Solve, Solve-ST, Lucid, Decode R, eCapsule, DSK-909 // RST D-Power
