Full details
Our set is great for sealing and labelling your homemade preserves. Simply pot the jam and cover with a waxed disc, while the preserve is still piping hot. When the jam is slightly cold, this should be topped with a damp cellophane disc and secured with an elastic band. Our set contains approximately 12 decorative covers, 12 labels, 12 wax discs, 12 transparent discs and 12 elastic bands. They are suitable for 1lb Jam Jars and make the ideal gift for friends and family. TRUSTED TALA QUALITY: Part of Tala’s traditional kitchenware collection, trusted by home bakers and preservers since 1899. Designed to fit 1lb jam jars, this kit includes everything you need to seal and label your creations. Use the wax disc while your jam is still hot, then top with a damp cellophane disc and secure with an elastic band once it’s cooled slightly. With decorative covers and labels included, your jars will look neat and ready to gift or store.
