Troubleshooting

Swing seat not securely attached

Ensure all bolts and fixings for the swing seat are tightened according to the instruction manual. Check for any damage to the swing seat or its attachments.

Slide seems wobbly

Verify that the slide is correctly and securely fastened to the play tower as per the assembly instructions. Check all connecting points for tightness.

Wood shows signs of weathering

Apply a child-safe, water-based wood sealant or stain annually to protect the wood from moisture and UV damage. Ensure the product is dry before applying.

Container is difficult to convert between uses

Ensure the container is clean and free of debris. If converting to a sandpit, ensure the sand is not excessively wet or compacted. If using as a play table, ensure surfaces are clear.
