This Granulated Sand Red Plain In-line Roof Tile Vent and Adapter is designed for roof ventilation, extractor fans, and soil pipe termination. It fits both concrete and traditional clay plain tiles. The design is in-line and discreet with a low profile. It has been independently wind tunnel tested and complies with relevant Building Regulations and British Standards. The vent tile offers a free airflow of 7,000mm². The adaptor converts to a round opening suitable for attaching a soil stack or extractor fan with a 100mm - 120mm PVC hose. The kit includes 1 x Tile vent and 1 x Tile vent adapter. Manufactured with UV stable materials to reduce colour fade. Other colours are available.
