Ensure casters are fully inserted into the mounting holes. If the issue persists, check for any damage to the caster stems or the basket's mounting points.
Air out the basket in a well-ventilated area. Clean the interior with a mild detergent and water solution, and ensure it is completely dry before use.
Gently wiggle the basket while pulling or pushing to engage or disengage the hooks. Ensure no laundry is obstructing the connection points.
