The Fitletic Flow 350ml Soft Flask is designed for distance runners and active athletes who require a lightweight, space-saving hydration solution. Its primary benefit is a collapsible, flexible design that reduces volume as liquid is consumed, eliminating the uncomfortable sloshing effect found in rigid bottles. While it offers excellent portability, users should note that the soft material requires careful handling compared to traditional hard-shell water bottles.

Yes, the Fitletic Flow soft flask is constructed using high-quality, BPA-free materials safe for hydration.
Yes, you can use sports drinks, but be sure to clean the flask immediately after your run to prevent sticky residue from harboring bacteria.
The bottle is designed to be squeezed to release water through the bite valve; it will not leak under normal pressure when the cap is secured.
It is not recommended to freeze the flask completely full, as ice expansion can stress the seams of the soft material.
Hand washing is highly recommended to protect the integrity of the flexible plastic and the sealing components.
Check if the bite valve is fully opened and ensure the lid is screwed on tightly to maintain a proper vacuum seal.
Perform a deep clean using a mixture of lemon juice and water, or a specialized hydration bladder cleaning tablet, then rinse thoroughly.
To set up your flask, ensure the mouthpiece is properly threaded to the body before your run. This bottle is highly compatible with most dedicated hydration belts and running vests that feature flask pockets.
Care instructions are straightforward: after every run, rinse the flask with warm water and a mild soap. Always let it air dry completely by keeping the opening facing down to prevent odor buildup. Do not use abrasive brushes that might damage the soft interior walls. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to extend the life of the material.
