FAQs

How many people can fit in the Oslo Aero Plus?

The tub is designed to comfortably accommodate four adults.

Is the hot tub suitable for winter use?

It is designed for outdoor use; however, it should not be operated if the ambient temperature drops significantly below freezing for extended periods.

Does it require a special electrical outlet?

It is designed for standard residential outlets, but it is recommended to check your local electrical codes and the user manual for specific amperage requirements.

How often should I change the filter?

It is recommended to clean the filter weekly and replace it every 2-4 weeks, depending on frequency of use.

Can I use the app to control the jets?

Yes, the MSpa Link app allows you to control heating, filtration, and massage functions remotely.

What is the benefit of the metal support structure?

The metal support structure provides greater rigidity, durability, and shape retention compared to fully soft-sided inflatable tubs.

Troubleshooting

Water is not heating correctly

Check that the filter cartridge is not clogged and that the water level is between the minimum and maximum fill lines.

Ensure the control unit is properly connected to the tub and that there are no kinks in the internal air hoses.

Control panel unresponsive

Perform a hard reset by unplugging the unit from the power source for 10 minutes and then reconnecting.

App connection failed

Verify your Wi-Fi signal strength near the hot tub and ensure you are using a 2.4GHz network frequency.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the Oslo Aero Plus involves selecting a perfectly level, solid surface—such as a concrete patio or reinforced deck—to support the weight of the water and occupants. The inflatable structure should be inflated using the built-in system until firm. Ensure the filter cartridge is correctly seated in its housing before filling. For ongoing care, the AcrySkin liner should be wiped down periodically with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Always keep the cover secured when not in use to retain heat and prevent debris from entering. Regular water testing and balancing of pH and sanitization levels are critical to maintaining the longevity of the liner and pump components.
