FAQs
What are the dimensions of the cushion?
Please refer to the product specifications for exact dimensions, as these can vary slightly.
Is the cushion waterproof?
The cushion is made from high-density fabric that is resistant to light precipitation, but it is not fully waterproof. It is best to bring it indoors during heavy rain.
Can I machine wash the cushion?
We recommend hand washing the cushion with mild soap and cold water. Machine washing is not advised as it may damage the padding and fabric.
How do I ensure the cushion stays in place?
The cushion features built-in ties that should be securely fastened to the frame of your sun lounger.
What does 'UV-fade protected' mean?
This means the fabric has been treated to resist fading when exposed to sunlight, helping to maintain its original color over time.
Is the headrest pillow removable?
The headrest pillow is integrated into the cushion design for maximum comfort and support.
Troubleshooting
Cushion is not sitting flat
Ensure the cushion is properly secured with all ties fastened evenly. Check for any wrinkles in the fabric and smooth them out.
Minor stains on the fabric
Gently spot clean with a mild soap solution and a damp cloth. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.
Cushion feels damp after light rain
While designed for light precipitation, prolonged dampness should be avoided. Ensure the cushion is placed in a dry area or brought indoors after exposure to moisture to prevent mildew.
