Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
Installation requires choosing the correct model for your heating system: central heating (requires connection to your home's boiler system), electric (operates independently with a heating element), or dual fuel (combines central heating and electric operation). Professional installation by a qualified plumber or electrician is recommended, especially for dual fuel and electric models, to ensure safety and optimal performance.
Compatibility:
- Central Heating Models: Compatible with standard domestic wet central heating systems.
- Electric Models: Require a suitable electrical power source. Check the wattage of the heating element to ensure it meets your bathroom's heating needs.
- Dual Fuel Models: Require both a central heating connection and a suitable electrical power source for the electric element.
Care:
To maintain the polished finish, regularly wipe the towel rail with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch or damage the stainless steel surface. For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by rinsing and drying with a soft cloth. Ensure no water is left to stand on the surface for extended periods to prevent water spots.
