Verify that you are using a USB 3.2 Gen2 compliant port on your computer and that the device supports 10Gbps speeds.
Ensure the cable is firmly inserted into both ports and that the connectors are free from dust or lint.
To achieve the maximum data transfer rate of 10Gbps, ensure that the USB-C ports on both the host device and the peripheral are rated for USB 3.2 Gen2. The cable is fully backward compatible with older USB-C devices, though speeds will be limited by the device's hardware. For care, avoid bending the cable at sharp angles at the connector base to maintain the integrity of the 17-wire internal structure. Keep the connectors free of debris and dust to ensure a clean connection for power delivery and data syncing.
