The SPORTNOW Dumbbell Set with Storage Rack is an ideal entry-level solution for home fitness enthusiasts looking to build strength, tone muscles, or enhance rehabilitation exercises. This versatile set includes three weight pairs (1kg, 2kg, and 3kg) stored on a compact rack, providing a space-saving design perfect for small apartments or dedicated home gym areas. While the graduated weight increments offer excellent variety for circuit training, the set is not designed for heavy lifting or professional bodybuilding, as the maximum weight per dumbbell is capped at 3kg.

No, the rack is specifically designed to hold the included weight set. It does not support additional or larger weights.
The core of the dumbbell is metal, while the handle and weight ends are encased in a durable, protective plastic coating for grip and floor protection.
While the plastic coating is durable, it is recommended to keep the weights indoors to prevent sun damage or potential oxidation of the metal core if the plastic casing is breached.
The set includes two 1kg, two 2kg, and two 3kg dumbbells, for a combined total of 12kg (plus the weight of the rack).
These dumbbells are designed for light strength training, toning, and mobility. They are not intended for heavy bodybuilding or powerlifting movements.
Ensure the rack is placed on a completely level floor surface and that each dumbbell is seated firmly within its allocated molded slot.
Check all connection points and screws on the rack assembly to ensure they are fully tightened.
Setting up the SPORTNOW Dumbbell Set is straightforward: simply assemble the included storage rack according to the manual, and place the dumbbells in their respective slots. No heavy tools are required.
